Stainless Steel Overshelf come in two models Tier 1 or Tier 2. Stainless Steel Overshelf is mounted onto the exterior sidewalls of the prep tables. Reinforced full length hat channel mounted to underside of Stainless Shelf for added support. They are 304 ser. 22-gallon Stainless Steel construction.
